The downstream oxygen sensor monitors catalytic converter efficiency after exhaust gases pass through it. A failing sensor commonly triggers a catalyst efficiency check engine light.

Built to fit the 5.3L V8 engine in the GMC Sierra 1500, this sensor installs directly into the factory downstream position.

Engineered as a direct replacement, it restores accurate post-catalyst readings and helps clear related emissions codes.
