The engine coolant temperature sensor reports engine temperature to the ECU, influencing fueling, cooling fan operation, and the dash gauge, especially important under the S58's high thermal loads. A failing sensor can cause poor cold-start behavior or fans running constantly.

Built to fit the BMW G80 M3's S58 twin-turbo inline-six, it threads directly into the factory coolant passage.

Made to OEM specifications for accurate readings, it restores proper engine management and cooling fan control.
