The belt tensioner pulley keeps constant, correct tension on the serpentine belt as it drives the S58 engine's accessories, preventing slip and excess noise.

This tensioner is built to the fitment specifications of the BMW G80 M3's S58 twin-turbo I6, mounting directly to the factory bracket location.

A worn tensioner often shows up as belt squeal, rattling, or a belt that keeps slipping off — replacing it restores proper belt tension and quiets down the front of the engine.
