This tensioner is built to the fitment specs of the BMW F80 M3's S55 twin-turbo I6, mounting at the factory bracket location.

A worn tensioner often shows up as belt squeal or a belt that keeps slipping — replacing it restores proper tension and quiets the front of the engine.
